Our client, a pioneering media agency, are looking for a Finance Assistant to join their team. This role is central to their finance department and offers a unique opportunity to significantly impact the future success of our business. You will work closely with the Management Accountant and be part of a fantastic team in a fast-paced environment.

Day to Day of the role:

• Raising sales invoices for finalized campaigns and dispatching them to customers.
• Maintaining strong relationships with customers and ensuring timely processing of purchase invoices.
• Organizing payment runs to pay suppliers according to agreed terms.
• Assisting the Management Accountant in preparing monthly management accounts.
• Maintaining appropriate credit control systems.
• Auditing campaign booking forms against the booking management systems.
• Reviewing static and digital campaigns to ensure playout conditions are met.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• At least 1-2 years accounts experience
• Studying towards an Accounting qualification
• Ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively.
• Willingness to learn new systems and improve their functions for the business.
• Passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail
• Clear communication skills.
