- Extensive calendar management for large teams including MD & Partner level
- Coordinating and scheduling of meetings and calls
- Managing high volume of phone calls and emails, relaying information in a timely manner
- Coordinating room bookings for internal/external meetings, Zooms and VCs across multiple locations
- Coordinating travel arrangements for the team, including visa application, international flight and accommodation bookings, car bookings
- Implementing divisional policies and providing guidance to their team
- Expense management and preparation
- Taking on ad hoc tasks while maintaining workflow
- Supporting teams in day to day issues, needs and queries
- Providing phone / holiday coverage for colleagues
- Must be willing to work 5 days in office
- 2 years of personal assistant experience or in a high volume diary management role
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Strong financial interest
