Looking for an individual with experience in a finance experience involving invoice processing heavily. The ideal candidate will also need to have administrative experience in a corporate environment for the maternity cover.
Pay Rate: £15.00 p/h
Hours: 09:00-16:30 (Mon-Thur in office, Fri work from home)
Duration: 4-month Maternity cover
You will be required to:
- Formatting, printing, and sending invoices to their clients.
- Compiling and completing internal documentation.
- Standard meeting and greeting customers.
- Packaging of parcels and external deliveries.
- Proof checking parcels and documents.
- Occasional phone call management, professional and polite.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be switched-on, extremely focused and hard-working.
- Looking for a friendly and outgoing individual.
- Experience with invoicing is vital.
- Finance and Admin experience.
- Strong attention to detail is important.
