Sales Support Assistant

This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Sales Support Assistant looking for the next step in their career to join a respected local organisation where there will be the chance to progress.

Some of your duties will include:

- Providing all-round customer service and administrative support in busy Sales Department

- Managing client orders received by telephone, email and via the Company website

- Setting up orders to be completed on the computer system and allocating stock requirements

- Tracking progress of orders from instigation stage through to successful delivery to customers

- Monitoring client accounts and chasing overdue payments by telephone and email when appropriate

- Conducting research to identify potential customers and sending out sales and marketing literature
