I am working with an amazing advertising business who are looking to hire a Publisher Implementation Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the technical onboarding of new publisher partners, ensuring proper setup and QA before handover to the account management team.

  • Design and develop static mockups that showcase potential ad integrations.

  • Utilize CSS and proprietary systems to convert mockups into fully functional ad units.

  • Act as the primary technical contact for publisher development, handling design and code adjustments as needed.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance ad delivery performance through innovative designs and optimization strategies.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to responsiveness, display errors, and loading times.

  • Work with marketing teams to create publisher visuals for presentations and promotional materials.

  • Maintain and manage task tracking through JIRA, ensuring proper prioritization and labeling of ongoing projects.

  • Communicate product feedback and new requirements to the engineering team.

  • Participate in technical discussions with publisher development teams to resolve integration challenges.

Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • 1+ years in a relevant field such as ad operations, web design, or technical support.

  • Strong coding background with expertise in CSS; familiarity with HTML and JavaScript is advantageous.

  • Proficiency in Photoshop, with additional experience in Illustrator and WordPress being a plus.

  • Deep understanding of the digital publishing and ad tech ecosystem.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to multitask and manage incoming requests efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Self-motivated with an interest in digital advertising trends and a keen eye for marketing.

  • Previous experience in a publisher or ad tech environment, particularly in a technical ad operations role, is desirable.

  • Innovative mindset, always looking for new ways to enhance integrations and improve ad performance.
