GSL Education London Branch is looking for a passionate and creative Art Teacher to join a fantastic girls' secondary school and sixth form in Haringey. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Art Teacher to inspire and engage students in the world of creativity and expression.

Responsibilities of an Art Teacher:
  • Plan and deliver engaging Art Teacher lessons across KS3, KS4, and KS5.

  • Encourage students to develop their artistic skills and creativity.

  • Use a variety of teaching techniques to engage all learners.

  • Assess and track student progress, providing feedback and support.

  • Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.

  • Ensure that all students feel supported and motivated in their artistic journey.

  • Work closely with other teachers and staff to enhance the art curriculum.

Requirements for an Art Teacher:
  • Must have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualifications.

  • Experience working as an Art Teacher in a secondary school setting.

  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for the arts.

  • Ability to engage and inspire students of all abilities.

  • Excellent classroom management skills.

  • A commitment to student progress and high expectations for learning.

  • An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
