Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher of Business Studies & Economics to join our high-achieving department. This full-time, permanent role involves teaching Key Stages 4 and 5, including GCSE, A-Level, BTEC, and vocational pathways.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons to students at GCSE and A-Level.
  • Create and implement lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum.
  • Assess and track student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and improve teaching strategies and resources.
  • Participate in departmental and whole-school meetings and events.
The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will hold QTS and have a strong understanding of curriculum planning and assessment strategies. They will also have a passion for teaching Business Studies and Economics, with the ability to inspire and motivate students of all backgrounds and abilities.
