The ideal Qualified Teacher should have the following:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and/or relevant teaching qualifications.
• A passion for education and helping children reach their full potential.
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
• A good understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines.
• Experience in delivering the national curriculum effectively.
