Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and thoughtful Religious Education lessons across all key stages, ensuring a deep understanding of various religious beliefs, practices, and worldviews.
- Develop and implement a dynamic RE curriculum that promotes critical thinking, reflection, and respect for diversity.
- Inspire students to explore and appreciate different perspectives on religion, ethics, and spirituality, while encouraging them to reflect on their own beliefs.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment that fosters open dialogue and promotes a love for learning.
- Encourage students to develop their moral reasoning and understanding of global issues in a religious and ethical context.
- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve teaching practices and contribute to the overall success of the department.
- Engage with the wider school community to promote the values of respect, tolerance, and understanding.
