Religious Education Teacher

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated Religious Education Teacher to join an Outstanding secondary school in Ealing starting September 2025. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary in line with the Inner London pay scale.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and thoughtful Religious Education lessons across all key stages, ensuring a deep understanding of various religious beliefs, practices, and worldviews.
  • Develop and implement a dynamic RE curriculum that promotes critical thinking, reflection, and respect for diversity.
  • Inspire students to explore and appreciate different perspectives on religion, ethics, and spirituality, while encouraging them to reflect on their own beliefs.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment that fosters open dialogue and promotes a love for learning.
  • Encourage students to develop their moral reasoning and understanding of global issues in a religious and ethical context.
