A number of schools in London and the Home Counties are seeking Newly Qualified Teachers (ECTs) for secondary teaching roles starting September 2025.
Candidates should have a strong background in literacy and numeracy, knowledge of the UK curriculum, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
The positions are permanent and cover various subjects including English, Science, Maths, and more, with a competitive salary based on the Inner/Outer London pay spine for 2025.
These schools have requested ECTs specifically due to their supportive induction programmes designed for new teachers.

Salary: Inner/outer London (2025 pay spine.)
Ideal for promising ECTs.
These schools have specifically requested ECT’s as they have programmes and support systems in place.
A dedicated full time class teacher who can commit to the full academic year 2025/2026
