Are you passionate about supporting young learners in their crucial early development stages? We are looking for a dedicated and nurturing Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and inclusive school in Wimbledon.

Role Overview:

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Work closely with the class teacher to support the learning and development of children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Assist in planning and delivering engaging activities that promote social, emotional, and academic growth.
  • Foster a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children.
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to help children meet their developmental milestones.
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience working with young children (EYFS experience is an advantage).
  • A warm, patient, and enthusiastic approach.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A passion for helping children thrive and develop in their early years.
  • Full-time availability, Monday to Friday.
