Full-Time | 5 Days a Week | Starting After Easter Holidays

Are you an experienced and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for an exciting opportunity in a vibrant and high-achieving school? A fantastic Ofsted Outstanding primary school in Hackney is seeking a confident and adaptable HLTA to support across all year groups.

The Role:
  • Lead full classes in the absence of a teacher and ensure a high standard of learning is maintained

  • Deliver high-quality lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 when required

  • Provide both pastoral and learning support, ensuring the well-being and progress of all pupils

  • Work closely with class teachers and the SEN team to support a range of learning needs

  • Assist with planning, preparation, and assessment of lessons

  • Contribute to the school community and help create a positive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Must have an NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Supporting Teaching and Learning

  • HLTA status or relevant classroom experience preferred

  • Confident leading whole-class sessions across different year groups
