Are you an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for a new opportunity in London? We have ASAP start roles available in primary and secondary schools, offering competitive pay and the chance to take on a more advanced support role in the classroom.
The Role:
- Lead whole-class lessons in the absence of the teacher.
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students.
- Assist in planning and delivering engaging learning activities.
- Support students with SEN, behaviour, and academic progress.
- Work closely with teachers and school leadership to enhance learning.
What We're Looking For:
- HLTA qualification or significant classroom experience.
- Ability to lead lessons and support student learning.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply).
