The Role

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you will play a vital role in supporting students' learning and well-being. Working closely with teachers and other support staff, you will help ensure every student has the opportunity to reach their full potential.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering high-quality support to students in the classroom.
  • Leading small group interventions and 1:1 sessions.
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of engaging lessons.
  • Covering lessons in the absence of teachers where appropriate.
