Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with relevant staff members regarding any maintenance issues or concerns.
- Previous experience in maintenance, repair, or facilities management is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and address maintenance issues proactively.
- Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work independently.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
