My client is looking for a Fire Alarm Service Engineer in the London area. The work will be mainly service and maintenance of fire alarm systems along with small installation work.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation, servicing, and maintenance of fire alarm systems.
  • Conducting inspections and testing of systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Diagnosing and repairing faults on fire alarm systems.
  • Responding to emergency call-outs and ensuring rapid resolution of issues.
  • Providing excellent customer service and building long-term client relationships.
  • Completing service and maintenance reports in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Keeping up to date with changes in fire safety regulations and industry best practices.
  • Covering sites around the south of England, M25, and surrounding areas.

Qualifications/Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Fire Alarm Service Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems and related equipment.
  • Relevant certifications such as FIA qualifications for Both Fire alarms and Fire extinguishers.
  • Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
  • Be able to work on open and closed protocol systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Full UK driving license.
