Key Responsibilities:- Bespoke Client Service: Deliver a tailored, proactive service to VIP clients, ensuring their every request is met with the utmost care and attention.
- Exclusive Arrangements: Organise and secure reservations, events, travel, private experiences, and luxury services, including but not limited to, private jets, yachts, and fine dining.
- Personalised Assistance: Manage daily requests, special projects, and ad-hoc duties for high-profile individuals, demonstrating discretion and sensitivity at all times.
- Vendor Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury brands, service providers, hotels, and suppliers to ensure clients receive the best possible service and exclusive offers.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrate a calm, professional approach to challenges, resolving any issues quickly and efficiently to ensure clients’ satisfaction
