Job purpose, tasks and responsibilities

As the Client Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of Bond Solon’s training events, ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients, and facilitating communication between various stakeholders.

You will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the administration of training events and courses.
  • Maintaining and developing professional relationships with clients, trainers, and internal teams.
  • Liaising with clients to confirm the details of in-house training sessions.
  • Coordinating with trainers to ensure they have the necessary documentation and venue (or virtual platform) details.
  • Working with internal venue teams to confirm delegate numbers, room arrangements, and other requirements.
  • Troubleshooting issues with virtual platforms when necessary.
  • Liaising with accreditation bodies to ensure compliance with company qualifications.
  • Ordering course materials and ensuring their timely delivery.
  • Managing queries from clients and internal teams.
  • Handling feedback forms and links.
  • Providing cover for other staff members when required.

  • High level of computer literacy, especially in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • The ability to work well within a team.
  • Advanced English written and oral skills.

  • Experience within the training or events sector.
