We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Immigration Advice Manager to lead advisory services. In this role, you will oversee a team of immigration advisors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality support while maintaining compliance with UKVI regulations. You'll play a crucial part in managing visa sponsorship processes, developing best practices, and providing expert guidance on student and skilled worker visa routes.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading a team of immigration advisors, offering guidance and professional development.
  • Providing expert immigration advice to international students and staff across a range of visa categories.
  • Managing sponsorship responsibilities to ensure compliance with UKVI regulations.
  • Developing workshops, training sessions, and advisory materials to enhance support services.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to improve processes and maintain best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A strong background in immigration advice, with at least two years of experience at IAA Level 1.
  • Expertise in student and skilled worker visa routes, with a solid understanding of compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex regulations clearly.
  • Leadership experience, with a passion for mentoring and developing teams.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
