IT Service Delivery manager needed for a leading blue-chip organisation that is embarking on a significant transformation of its systems and processes to support continued business growth.   • Transition Expertise:You will have experience managing IT service transitions, with a focus on delivering seamless change.
  • Service Delivery:Manage and oversee the day-to-day IT service delivery for the business, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and 3rd party suppliers.
  • Service Levels & Performance:Ensure that IT services are delivered effectively and that service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Integration & Improvement:Lead the integration of IT services and develop service improvement plans to enhance overall performance.
  • Performance Monitoring:Regularly monitor and report on service performance metrics, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
  • Team Development:Play a key role in the development and upskilling of internal team members, fostering a culture of excellence.
