In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the transition of IT Services to a 3rd Party Supplier. Your experience with both in-house IT teams and managing relationships with outsourced Managed Service Providers (MSPs) will be crucial to your success.
Role Overview:
- Transition Expertise:You will have experience managing IT service transitions, with a focus on delivering seamless change.
- Service Delivery:Manage and oversee the day-to-day IT service delivery for the business, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and 3rd party suppliers.
- Service Levels & Performance:Ensure that IT services are delivered effectively and that service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met or exceeded.
- Integration & Improvement:Lead the integration of IT services and develop service improvement plans to enhance overall performance.
- Performance Monitoring:Regularly monitor and report on service performance metrics, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
- Team Development:Play a key role in the development and upskilling of internal team members, fostering a culture of excellence.
