Back to searchWe are looking for a Neighbourhood Services Coordinator to work with a Local Authority in assisting with matters relating to estate inspections, tenancy viewings and sign ups, as well as other issues such as domestic violence and ASB. This role is based in West London.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain a visible presence on the estates to ensure excellent customer service is delivered to residents
- Assist residents with any queries or concerns relating to communal areas of the estates (i.e., ASB)
- Provide information to tenants regarding their tenancies
- Help with managing tenancy viewings and other tenancy management associated tasks
Candidate requirements:
- Previous experience of working within a similar role, for another Local Authority or Housing Association
- Experience of advising tenants on matters such as domestic violence
- Experience of completing estate inspections and tenancy sign-ups
