Senior Building Services Manager - Major Health Expereince
We are partnering with a leading UK and NI tier 1 builder who are seeking a Senior Building Services Manager to lead the Services on a major project.
This main contractor has just been awarded a major health project in central London and are looking for a Senior Building Services Manager to run the pre construction, deisgn and planning of the MEP packages for the next 10 months building up to delivery stage.
The project build cost is in excess of 100m with MEP package upwards of 30m.
About you:
You will ideally be a seasoned BSM with 10+ years expereince working on similar scale projects with a strong understanding of both Mexcanical & Electrical works. In addition, you will ideally have exposure working within the health sector.
