What Youll Do:
- Be the face of our service departmentgreet customers in person and over the phone.
- Manage service and MOT bookings, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Present repair options and costs transparently to customers.
- Provide an honest and memorable sales experience, ensuring customer satisfaction every step of the way.
- Upsell additional services, products, or plans, boosting your earning potential.
- Stay organised and proactive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all work is completed on time and customers are kept informed.
- Experienceas a Service Advisor is a must.
- A natural ability to deliverexceptional customer serviceand a desire to sell.
- A full UK driving licence.
