Service Manager for leading West London Independent garage.
Our client is the largest independent Service and MOT garage in London. They are seeking a professional Service Manager to jointheir front of house team.The role is a Monday to Friday requirement.
Service Manager Duties:
- Checking in Services / Repairs and MOTs
- Upselling services
- Keeping the "Techam" database up to date and current
- Maintaining contact with key clients
- Coordinating work turn around with workshop manager
You will likely have experience in a similar role within a garage and have a good understanding of current IT systems / office software and have great customer service / sales skills.
You will also like working in a fast paced team environment.
