Are you a Creative Designer with a background in sustainable fashion looking to take the next step in their career by joining a family-run industry leader where you will create unique womenswear collections and enjoy flexible working, staff discounts and career growth?
This is a great opportunity to join a family-run fashion leader with 45+ years of ethical responsibility, sustainability and artisan partnerships. You will work closely with the Founder and Creative Director while also enjoying a relaxed, non-corporate environment.
In this role, you'll design seasonal collections aligned with the brand's DNA, collaborating with Design, Production, and Merchandising teams. You'll create mood boards, research trends, attend fabric tradeshows, and participate in fit meetings.

The Role:
- Design seasonal womenswear collections that reflect the brand's vision.
- Collaborate with Design, Production, and Merchandising teams for cohesive product development.
- Stay current with fashion trends, source fabrics, and create hand-drawn sketches.
The Person:
- Background in womenswear design and sustainable fashion.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, pattern cutting, and fabric dyeing and Adobe InDesign.
- Based in Central London.
