About the Role
Main Developer clients are after an experienced Senior Planner to join their UK Construction Division in the South.
You will be someone with a diverse range of experiences, offering strategic insights and expertise across various construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Based at Royal Arsenal, spending time at project locations as and when necessary.
- Lead projects with a variety of experience across different project types.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of pre-construction and construction processes.
- Oversee the entire project process from inception to completion, coordinating duties for both pre construction process and on site.
- Utilize planning-related software literacy and solutions for programs/schedules.
- Lead meetings on program-related matters.
Qualifications And Skills:
- Relevant Degree or diploma in industry related field.
- Relevant industry qualifications and or training (Asta Power, Primavera P6, etc).
- Successful track record of working with clients and other stakeholders.
- Must have prior experience as a Senior Planner.
