As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager and ensuring the achievement of sales objectives. You will provide exceptional service and product knowledge as a Senior Client Advisor, while also coaching and developing the sales team.

JOB TITLE: Assistant Store Manager

SALARY: £35,000 - £40,000 (+bonus)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assume the role of Store Manager in their absence, following company operating standards.
  • Support the Store Manager in team leadership, store administration, opening and closure procedures, keyholding, and staff inductions and training.
  • Organise and implement store rotations, shifts, and holidays.
  • Maintain a well-presented and safe environment, ensuring compliance with product assortment and visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Handle customer inquiries and escalate as necessary, effectively making decisions and providing excellent after-sales service.
  • Oversee daily business operations within the store, offering constructive input regarding existing collections and new products to the Global Team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in retail, with good knowledge of store procedures and processes.
  • Strong selling skills and business acumen.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to make effective decisions.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of tailored, made-to-measure, and bespoke services is advantageous.
