Job Title: Bakery Manager
Salary: £37,000 - £40,000 per annum
Location: East London
Our client, a long-standing and well-loved bakery in East London, is looking for an experienced Manager to lead their team. Renowned for their freshly baked goods and warm customer service, they are seeking a dedicated professional to maintain and enhance their reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, cash handling, and customer service.
- Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service and maintain product quality.
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all baked goods.
- Manage stock levels and implement strategies to drive sales and improve efficiency.

- Proven management experience in a coffee shop, café, or similar hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- A customer-first attitude, with a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere.
