Cafe Manager - Fashion Store

The Role

Our client is seekingan experienced and passionate Café Manager with Mixologist experienceto lead the opening of this new café concept focused on health & wellness within their retail store.

Main Duties

Cafe Manager - Mixologist

• Manage day-to-day operations of the café.
• Demonstrate innovative skills in creating new menu items that reflect changing trends and seasons.
• Show passion about Health and Wellness and inspire the team café team
• Hire and onboard new staff.
• Train employees on drinks preparation and proper use of equipment within the Cafe.
• Coordinate with vendors and order supplies, as required
• Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses ( Set up of SOPs)
• Add new menu items based on seasonality and customers preferences (for example vegan coffee drinks)
• Advise staff on the best ways to resolve issues with clients and deliver excellent customer service
• Ensure all cafe areas are clean and tidy.
• Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation.
• Supporting the Social Media Manager to interact directly with our customers through positive, engaging and creative content - promoting our unique concept, new drinks, etc.

About you

• A hospitality professional who has a passion for health & wellness.
• Trained Mixologist / Barista with cafe supervisor/management experience within a premium cafe environment who has a creative flair and enjoys developing new drinks and has a passion for it.
• Able to over see the day to day of the operation and implement the Standards of Practice to be adhered too.
• A confident & vibrant personality who thrives in the buzz of service.
• Passionate about detailed hospitality, guest experience and dedicated to exceptionally high standards of service. The ideal candidate will inspire this commitment in others.
• Must have the right to work in the UK, be well presented,positive, energeticwith a genuine love for hospitality and interest in nutrition

• Competitive salary. of £35- 40 k per annum - Daytimes - 5 days per week (closed on Sundays)
