Deputy Manager

Connect2SocialWork are looking for an experienced, professional, and caring Deputy Manager for a 24-bed home in Waltham Forest.

Requirements:

• Must have managerial experience working in residential care home for older people living with Dementia.
• Smart, reliable with good communication skills.
• Confident to run the service, shift lead and work alongside the manager.
• Applicants should have minimum relevant care qualification, such as NVQ Level 4, QCF, or equivalent
• Ability to demonstrate an excellent leadership skill.
• Must have full knowledge of Care Quality Commission.

Hours of work/pay:

• 36 hours per week
• 18.40 per hour
