This international premium retailer & brand has been established for over 80 years and has continued success in Europe & Asia. The retailer has a number of new store openings this year. This store provides an exciting array of luxury products and a premium experience with their carefully edited collection of their European merchandise including handbags, accessories & travel.

They are currently recruiting for a Flagship Boutique Manager to drive sales performance and maximise profitability through effective management of staff, inventory, and operational expenses for a newly opened store.

Responsibilities of this Flagship Boutique Manager position:

  • Ensure sales targets are achieved within the allocated P&L budget.
  • Monitor, collect, and analyse KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyse market trends to inform strategic planning and adherence to the four mandatory selling standards in every customer interaction.
  • Build customer loyalty by encouraging repeat business and deliver exceptional service.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and motivate staff to ensure retention.
  • Measure staff performance and manage disciplinary, capability, and attendance issues.
  • Manage stock levels and make key decisions regarding stock control.
  • Ensure compliance with company operational policies and procedures, including cash handling, opening, and closing, and health and safety.
  • Ensure the store is clean and visually appealing to create a customer-friendly environment.
  • Ensure thorough preparation of promotions and suggest visual merchandising adjustments to suit the local customer profile

To be successful in this Flagship Boutique Manager position:

  • Ideally having 1-2 years + experience as store manager within premium or luxury retail.
  • 5 years' + experience within retail
  • Open to consider background with fashion, footwear, accessories, beauty etc .
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communicational skills.
  • Proficient in computer skills, with competent use of Microsoft Office
  • Physically fit - being able to bend, frequent lifting etc of large pieces.
