A DIY retailer is looking for a store manager in their flagship store located in Charing Cross. The company is loved by many shoppers for their high-quality products and its extensive ranges that they have to offer. They currently have 100 stores in the UK and has plans to expand further.

The chosen candidate will be an effective team motivator with experience in achieving KPI’s to meet sales targets and drive profits within the store. The company takes pride in providing fantastic customer service; therefore, the chosen candidate will need to be familiar with driving customer service standards within the store, to provide an enjoyable shopping experience.

The company is open on background from candidates. They would like somebody who is personable with the ability to create an effective and efficient working environment. You will work with a team size of around 10 staff and be familiar with development and training methods to ensure all staff are performing to company standards.

The salary is paying up to £35,000 plus a 10% annual management bonus.
