Job Purpose:
As a Front of House / Showroom Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and employees, ensuring a smooth-running of their office and showroom.
Your role is crucial in providing a first-class customer experience.

Responsibilities:
" Welcome and meet guests in the showroom.
" Answer the switchboard, assist with general enquiries, take messages, and direct calls.
" Assist with the day-to-day running of the showroom, ensuring an immaculate space.
" Book meeting rooms and showroom visits.
" Prepare refreshments and catering for visitors and meetings.
" Book couriers and arrange post.
" Organise and order office supplies.
" Organise samples and product literature.
" Perform ad hoc administrative duties.
" Organise company travel arrangements.
" Produce the weekly report.
" Assist in organising company events.
" Support health & safety duties.
" Support the Showroom Manager and team as needed.

Person Specification:
" Professional approach to customer service.
" Organised and proactive.
" Well-presented with excellent communication skills.
" Excellent attention to detail.
" 2+ years in a similar customer-facing role.
