About the Role
Reporting directly to the founder, this role is ideal for a motivated leader ready to shape the direction of Sambrooks Brewery Tap. This hands-on position will give you the autonomy to develop guest experiences, build strong community connections, and drive the business forward.

What Were Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 2 years as a General Manager in a high-volume, entertainment-led venue.
- Passionate: A love for fresh, premium food and craft beer is a must! Product knowledge is a plus, but enthusiasm to learn is essential.
- Business Minded: Strong understanding of P&L and financial accountability, with the ability to achieve business goals through structured planning.
- People-Driven: An excellent communicator with a natural ability to connect with guests and inspire the team.
- Guest Experience Focused: Committed to delivering outstanding service that keeps guests coming back.
- Event Savvy: Experience with events for pubs and taprooms, with the drive to bring fresh, creative ideas to enhance revenue and community engagement.
- Team Builder: A team player who values collaboration and thrives in a positive, fun atmosphere.
- Detail-Oriented Leader: Strong focus on time management, creating and implementing effective policies and procedures, and delegating effectively to build a high-performing team.
- Self-Starter: Proactive, reliable, and ready to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
