In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our brand, overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kiosks. You’ll be responsible for creating a fantastic customer experience, motivating your team, and hitting sales targets.
Note: The role is based at Beard Surgeon kiosk locations. Westfield, Stratford and White City.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and boost profitability.
- Support sales activities and motivate the team to meet and exceed goals.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and development of kiosk staff.
- Monitor sales performance and make data-driven decisions to enhance results.
- Manage budgets and control costs to meet financial objectives.
- Address and resolve escalated customer complaints effectively.
- Foster a positive work environment and encourage team collaboration.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior leadership.

The Person
- Preferably holds a degree in business or retail management.
- At least 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Demonstrated leadership and organisational abilities.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proven success in meeting sales targets and managing budgets.
- Flexible to travel between kiosks and work varied hours, including weekends.
- Comfortable standing for long periods.
