An exciting time to join the brand during this incredible period of growth, we are working closely with the brand to recruit a Retail Manager to join one of their teams in Central London.

The Retail Manager role:

• Strong focus on driving CRM within your teams
• Manage and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and achieve KPI's
• Maximise sales opportunities
• Elevate in-store experience consistently delivering store excellence
• Stay up to date with market trends

The Retail Manager requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience within the luxury retail industry within ready to wear, accessories or leather goods.
• Extensive experience driving CRM within your teams
• Strong organisational skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Resilient and hard working
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

In return our Retail Manager role is paying up to £65,000 + Bonus + Benefits
