Responsibilities:

As a Showroom Manager, you will play a vital role in creating a memorable experience for our clients and visitors. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Unlocking and preparing the showroom each morning
  • Maintaining the pristine appearance of the showroom at all times
  • Offering refreshments and providing excellent customer service to visitors
  • Managing supplies, including stationery and beverages
  • Liaising with our supply chain and clients
  • Updating internal folders and databases
  • Assisting with order processing, invoicing, and sending order acknowledgements
  • Managing the showroom cleaner and ensuring cleanliness standards are met
  • Organising and attending events and networking opportunities
  • Supporting the team with additional tasks as needed

Essential Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a showroom or retail management role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to multitask
  • Knowledge of the commercial interiors market

Desirable Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

  • Familiarity with interior design products and materials
  • Experience in creating quotations and handling invoicing
