We work closely with reputable interior designers and lighting designers all over the world to assist in creating warm, luxurious and elegant interiors.

We are looking for a proactive showroomsalesmanagertodevelopandincreaseUK/international sales from our showroomin the Chelsea Design Centre, London.The role is suited to a customer-focused and collaborative manager with a friendly approach. You will be highly organised and enjoy building long term professional relationships, passionate about interiors & design, and have an appreciation for high quality craftmanship.


Responsibilities:

Manage,developand growsales through our London ShowroomfrombothUK and international clientele

Respond to all social media, telephone and website enquiries, then handing over to the relevant salesperson where applicable

Manageday to day running of the showroom from the top level to ensuring it is clean and tidy

Organise and manage all showroom special events throughout the year, as well as attending national and international exhibitions when required

Work on visual merchandising schemes for the showroom

Manage all showroom appointments with clients, proactively encouraging clients to visit

Process quotes and proformas; follow up orders and be the point of contact for client issues

Manage and maintain the clientdatabase,price lists,invitations in conjunction with the Marketing Team

Perform other duties as reasonably required by the directors on an adhoc basis


Qualifications &Qualities required for the role

A minimum of 2 yearssalesexperience workingwithin the luxurylighting/interiorsindustry,anda comprehensive knowledgeof, and familiarity with,thetopinternationalinterior design practices

Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written

An exceptional eye for detail and excellent communicator

Competent user of Microsoft programs and experience with MRP systems

Strong business sensewith strong negotiation skills

Has a positiveprofessionalattitude that works well in a team and autonomously
