Store Manager | Flagship Store in Covent Garden | Salary up to £50,000 Depending on experience
Zachary Daniels are currently recruiting an Store Manager for a really exciting outdoor retailer based in Covent Garden. Our client actively encourages you to get out and be active and that is what they are looking for in their next leader someone who embraces the outdoors!
You will be at the forefront of creating an exceptional environment for customers to come in and shop and support with the technical knowledge of the products being sold. You will be driving sales to ensure that the high levels of performance are achieved. You will ensure that all day-to-day operational aspects of the store are managed effectively, including implementing any commercial moves to drive the success of the store.

Store Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Create an inviting and engaging store atmosphere that encourages customer interaction.

Ideal Store Manager Profile:
- Minimum of 3 years of retail experience in store management or senior management roles.

- Proven track record of managing KPIs and budgets to enhance store performance.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve performance targets.
