We are looking for a dynamic and experienced store manager to oversee the launch and ongoing operation of a new luxury footwear store in Chelsea. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in opening new stores, recruiting and training teams, and managing day-to-day operations.This role requires someone with a proven track record in a luxury retail environment, with a keen focus on customer service and team leadership. The successful candidate will also be involved in recruiting and building the rest of the store team.Key Responsibilities:-Oversee the opening and operations of the new store.-Manage and lead a team, ensuring excellent service and training.-Handle recruitment and onboarding of staff.-Drive team performance and ensure staff are properly trained and developed.Experience Required:-Strong experience in opening new stores and team recruitment.-Previous managerial experience in a luxury retail environment.-Excellent leadership skills and a passion for staff development.-Ability to manage operational tasks including disciplinaries and performance reviews.Benefits:-Staff discount on products.-Uniform allowance.-Commission structure (to be confirmed).-Additional company benefits.
