Zachary Daniels is proud to be partnering with an international luxury brand menswear, launching its first store in the UK. Headquartered in Europe, the brand is represented across the leading luxury online stores and is looking to open a new store in London.

As Store Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Being a brand mmbassador that provides inspirational and motivational leadership to inspire confidence in the team and clients.
Being accountable for leading the retail team to deliver commercial and operational objectives.
Accountable for building the flagship store client base, delivering the highest level of customer experience, driving commercial growth and ensuring compliance to all operational policies and procedure.
Work in close partnership with HQ and play a key role in developing and delivering the retail strategy with a focus on commercial performance, operations and customer experience.

Store Manager, duties and responsibilities:

Customer experience - Knowledge in CRM, acting as an ambassador, building a community and long-standing customer relationships.
People & leadership, lead by example, support in delivering training, supervise teams.
Commercial - Providing feedback on new opportunities to improve sales
Proven experience as a manager in a dynamic retail or hospitality environment.
Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales.
A hands-on leader who thrives on the shop floor and inspires their team.
Excellent operational, planning, and organizational skills.
Highly motivated, ambitious, and eager to grow with us.
A self-starter with a can-do attitude and a drive for success.
