About the Role:An exceptional opportunity to join a globally renowned luxury fragrance house as a Store Manager in one of their boutiques in central London, Known for heritage, craftsmanship, and timeless elegance, this role is perfect for an inspiring leader ready to take ownership of a high-performing store and team.

Responsibilities:

Lead and develop a team of Client Advisors, delivering a world-class customer experience.
Drive store performance, ensuring monthly targets and KPIs are consistently met.
Uphold brand image through impeccable store standards and visual merchandising.
Foster a strong clienteling culture, building lasting relationships with a loyal customer base.
Collaborate with head office and report directly to the Retail Manager.
Ensure smooth daily operations while mentoring and supporting the team’s growth.

Requirements:

Previous experience in luxury retail management, ideally in beauty or fragrance.
Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and motivate.
A polished, professional approach and a deep understanding of luxury client expectations.
Proven track record of achieving commercial targets and developing high-performing teams.
Maturity, confidence, and excellent decision-making skills.
