Workshop Foreman

Location: West London Salary: Up to £45,000 & Bonus and Company Car.

We are a successful Tool Hire Company who are currently recruiting for a Workshop Foreman to oversee a dynamic team and ensure the smooth operation of our West London Depot. This role offers the chance to combine your technical expertise with your leadership skills, making a real impact every day.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • A hands-on role with about 80% of your time spent on the tools.
  • Leading and mentoring a skilled team of fitters.
  • Overseeing daily operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
  • Coordinating schedules, managing workloads, and ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Conducting quality checks to ensure all work meets company and client expectations.
  • Upholding health and safety standards and promoting a culture of compliance.
