Our client a newly opened Bakery & Patisserie in Chelsea is now looking for a Shop Supervisor.
We serve artisan bread, pastries, desserts, chocolate and ice cream to the local clientele.
The ideal Shop Supervisor must have experience in a similar role in retail catering and the job is for an immediate start.
Salary for the ideal Shop Supervisor is £32,000 per year and the company benefits are:

The Shop Supervisor will:
- Assist the Shop Manager and Assistant Shop Manager with the day to day running of the shop and the management/ training of the team
- Assist the Shop Manager and Assistant Shop Manager to maximise sales within the shop
- To assist with implementing the company policies, procedures, standards and ethics etc
The working hours:
- The shop is open 7 days per week (Monday- Friday 7am- 6pm & Saturday - Sunday from 8am-6pm)
- Our Coffee Shop Supervisor will work 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, 9 hours per day with shifts between 6am-7pm
