Position: Child and Family Support Worker
Location: London, Camden
Start Date: As soon as possible
Salary: FTE 35,814 - 37,437 including inner London allowance
Part-time: 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday)
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child and Family Support Worker to join an excellent team in Camden. This role involves engaging with parents/carers and children through individual and group-based support, addressing social and emotional factors affecting children's learning and development. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with parents/carers and children through individual and group-based support.
- Address social and emotional factors affecting children's capacity to learn and develop.
- Work with families from diverse communities and situations.
- Collaborate with a wide variety of outside agencies.
- Maintain good daily records and manage a caseload effectively.
