Your new companyYou will be working for a leading provider of housing, care and support services across the UK.Your new roleAs a Floating Support Worker, your main responsibility will be to provide practical and emotional support to vulnerable residents, whilst preparing regular Risk Assessments and working to existing Support Plans. You will help your clients to sustain their tenancies and involve them in the community, monitor their wellbeing and refer onto more specialist staff where required. The role will require signposting to specialist agencies and offering assistance with budgeting and housing legislation.This role covers properties across North West London, North London and West London.What you'll need to succeedYou will need previous experience working within the Support Housing sector and understand the issues affecting those suffering from mental illness, ideally within a residential environment.
