We are currently recruiting for experienced Housing Officers to join a newly relaunched Housing Team based in North London.
These roles are initially for 3-months and are offered on a hybrid basis, with 3-days per week on-site presence required.
Main duties are managing a busy inner London patch of mixed tenure customers, managing complaints and delivering a customer biased service.
You will have demonstrable experience of managing cases of ASB, investigations and resolution. You will manage Estate based queries and ensure that tenancy conditions are met.
The perfect candidate will have experience of managing their caseload as well as ensuring that complaints are addressed and are kept to a minimum.
In return you will be offered a good salary, with excellent training in a well settled team. A car or license is not required for this role.
