- Work as part of a team to create a safe and supportive environment
- Carry out risk assessments and develop personalised support plans
- Deliver high-quality support, including substance misuse interventions
- Support residents with accessing health services, benefits, and training
- Facilitate group activities, such as resident meetings and workshops
- Collaborate with external agencies to ensure integrated support
- Monitor and respond to safeguarding concerns, incidents, and anti-social behaviour
- Experience working with homeless individuals or those with substance misuse issues
- Strong knowledge of risk assessments and support planning
- Ability to handle challenging behaviour in a professional manner
- Understanding of safeguarding, health & safety, and multi-agency working
- Strong communication and IT skills for accurate record-keeping
- 40 Hours per week – Shift-based role covering early (08:00-16:30) and late (14:00-22:30) shifts, including every other weekend
- 3-Month Contract – Temp to Perm opportunity
- Pay: £15.70 per hour LTD / £13.38 per hour PAYE (inclusive of holiday)
