Interim Head of Student Services

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Interim Head of Student Services at a small educational institution located in the bustling heart of London. This role is ideal for someone with a background in further or higher education, looking to impact student success and well-being on a daily basis.

• Lead and manage the Student Services department to ensure optimal support for students.
• Develop and implement strategies that enhance student engagement and mental health support.
• Maintain compliance with educational standards and policies.

• Experience in Further or Higher Education: You should have proven experience working within the education sector, at a managerial level, capable of steering a team towards enhancing student experience and services.
• Mental Health First Aid Training: As the welfare of students is paramount, this role requires skills in mental health first aid to effectively manage and train staff on student mental health issues.
